Ethan Clardy
Ethan approaches real estate with the belief that finding the right place to live can transform the way someone experiences life. His background as a 16-year competitive swimmer, along with five years in higher education managing student housing assignments, has shaped a work ethic built on consistency, focus, and showing up even when it’s hard. Most recently, that dedication has been at the core of his “100 Open Houses in 100 Days” challenge, an intentional way to connect with communities, listen to people’s stories, and match community members with homes that feel right for their lives. For Ethan, success isn’t measured in sales, but in the trust he earns and the relationships he builds along the way. He looks forward to connecting with new clients and invites them to grab a coffee to chat about their needs.

Jordan Jenkins
From the hills of West Virginia to the bright lights of Columbus, Jordan brings southern hospitality and a genuine passion for helping others to every step of the real estate journey. Inspired by a grandmother’s love for homemaking and interior design, Jordan grew up surrounded by Better Homes & Gardens magazines, HGTV, and plenty of sweet snacks. With a background in sports and theatre, Jordan learned early on the value of teamwork, a skill that now defines every client relationship.
Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources from West Virginia University before moving to Columbus to build a life with fiancé, DJ. Outside of real estate, Jordan enjoys traveling to new places, playing pickleball, volunteering with local organizations, and spending time with two mini-goldendoodles, Ollie and Ellie. Whether buying or selling, Jordan is dedicated to bringing warmth, expertise, and unwavering commitment to every client experience.

Erin Grimwood
Erin is originally from southern Indiana with a background in sales and customer service spanning over 10 years. Coming from a big family, she understands that every client and household has different needs, priorities, and goals when it comes to finding the right home. Erin is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity while making the experience feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Known for her approachable personality and strong communication, she works closely with her clients to ensure they feel informed, supported, and advocated for every step of the way. Outside of real estate, Erin enjoys trying new coffee shops and restaurants, spending time with her dog, and building long-term relationships with the people she works with.
